A solution for your property.

The Patagonia region experiences a busy season from October to April, according to the seasonal dates published annually by CONAF for Torres del Paine, and then becomes quieter during the rest of the year. It’s precisely during those months that issues with Wi-Fi, cameras, or power outages become more problematic for the hotel, because there’s no room for waiting for the usual level of service.

This service checks what’s already installed before the season begins, and during peak months, it prioritizes response times and includes network monitoring. At the end of the season, it delivers a report detailing what happened and what’s advisable to improve for the next one.

It doesn’t replace a brand-new installation; instead, it complements what the hotel already has, when they need it most.

For whom.

  • Hotels and lodges that experience high occupancy rates between October and April, and low occupancy during the rest of the year.
  • Properties that already have Wi-Fi, security cameras, or backup power, and are looking for someone to manage them during peak season.
  • Administrations that don't want to uncover a problem with the hotel fully booked.

What it includes.

  • Pre-season checks: WiFi system, security cameras, and backup power.
  • Priority of attention and shorter response times during peak season.
  • Monitoring of the network during peak occupancy periods.

How we do it.

02

High season

Report on what happened and what should be improved for the next time.

Questions about seasonal support.

When is the peak season in Patagonia?

Generally, from October to April, according to the seasonal dates published by CONAF each year.

Do I need you to confirm that everything has been installed before we can proceed with this?

Not necessarily, but we first review what already exists to determine what we can build upon.

What if something goes wrong in the middle of the season?

That’s precisely what this service prioritizes: faster response times when the hotel is fully booked.

Let's talk

People, process, and support.

Support before, during and after implementation.

A clear initial contact. A written proposal. Agreed-upon next steps.

  1. Before: to understand and define

We discussed your needs and established goals, deliverables, deadlines, and costs within the proposal.

  2. During: to coordinate the work

We agreed on responsibilities, stages, and the necessary information to move forward. The launch and training are defined according to the project.

  3. After: knowing how to proceed.

We’ve agreed on the channels, times, and scope of the follow-up support, so you’ll know who to contact.

Answers before deciding.

What am I going to receive before signing a contract?

A written proposal outlining the scope, deliverables, stages, price, and terms. It also identifies any additional services you would like to include.

How is support organized?

We’ve defined the contact channel, the hours of operation, and the scope of support within the proposal. This allows you to understand what kind of assistance your service offers and how to request help.

What’s happening with the information related to my organization?

When defining the project, we reviewed what information is needed, who can access it, and how it will be shared. In software systems, we also agreed on the conditions for backup, preservation, and export.
