A solution for your property.

Hotel Wi-Fi isn't just estimated; we first measure the actual coverage of the building using a radio frequency site survey, considering the walls, materials, and areas where people congregate. Only with that data do we determine how many access points are needed and where to install them.

Following this, we separated the networks by use: the guest network, the staff network, and the security camera network, to ensure that a compromised device wouldn't reach sensitive areas. The access portal is customized with the hotel’s branding and can collect guest data, with their consent, for post-stay emails and loyalty programs.

The project includes a complete installation service, as well as a monthly support package that already accounts for peak season, when the network is saturated and there’s no room for failure.

For whom.

  • Hotels and lodges with dead zones or complaints about Wi-Fi in reviews.
  • High-quality properties that require a captive portal with their own branding.
  • Cabins and accommodations starting from 6 rooms.

What it includes.

  • A radio frequency site survey should be conducted before quoting on any equipment.
  • Access points installed and configured by room and common area.
  • Separate networks by usage: guests, staff, and cameras (VLANs)
  • Custom captive portal with the hotel’s branding.

How we do it.

01

Site survey

We measured the actual coverage of the building, taking into account its materials and its structure, before proposing any equipment.

02

Installation

Access points, PoE cabling, and network segmentation based on usage.

03

Verification and portal

We’re measuring again, with the equipment set up and the portal activated using your branding.

Questions about hotel Wi-Fi.

Does it work with old buildings, with thick walls?

Yes. The radio frequency site survey measures the actual coverage within a building, including difficult materials, before installing a single access point.

Can the WiFi portal display our hotel’s logo?

Yes. It can be customized with your brand and is capable of collecting guest data, with their consent, for post-stay emails and loyalty programs.

How many access points does my hotel need?

It depends on the size and materials of the building; the site survey reveals this based on measured data on-site, not just an estimate. As a reference, a 30-room hotel built with standard materials typically requires between 4 and 6 parking spaces.

Let's talk

People, process, and support.

Support before, during and after implementation.

A clear initial contact. A written proposal. Agreed-upon next steps.

  1. Before: to understand and define

We discussed your needs and established goals, deliverables, deadlines, and costs within the proposal.

  2. During: to coordinate the work

We agreed on responsibilities, stages, and the necessary information to move forward. The launch and training are defined according to the project.

  3. After: knowing how to proceed.

We’ve agreed on the channels, times, and scope of the follow-up support, so you’ll know who to contact.

Answers before deciding.

What am I going to receive before signing a contract?

A written proposal outlining the scope, deliverables, stages, price, and terms. It also identifies any additional services you would like to include.

How is support organized?

We’ve defined the contact channel, the hours of operation, and the scope of support within the proposal. This allows you to understand what kind of assistance your service offers and how to request help.

What’s happening with the information related to my organization?

When defining the project, we reviewed what information is needed, who can access it, and how it will be shared. In software systems, we also agreed on the conditions for backup, preservation, and export.
