Connectivity diagnosis

Let's go to the hotel, measure the actual coverage, and leave with a map and a plan for improvements, all free of charge.

A solution for your property.

It’s the gateway to everything else. We’ll go to the property, measure the actual WiFi coverage room by room, review the network status, the cameras, and any backup power systems, and deliver a findings report and an improvement plan with pricing for each step.

It doesn’t require you to book anything further: some hotels simply request an internal quote based on the report, while others proceed directly to the project.

This is suitable for both a property that’s just starting with new technology, and for one that already has investments and wants to assess whether its current systems are effective.

For whom.

  • Hotels and lodges that receive complaints about Wi-Fi, but don’t know where to begin.
  • Properties that are considering investments in technology and want an objective assessment first.
  • Administrations that require a report to decide on a budget.

What it includes.

  • Property visit
  • Measurement of WiFi coverage, room by room.
  • Network review, cameras, and existing electrical backup.
  • Prioritized improvement plan with cost.

Questions regarding diagnostic connectivity.

Does the diagnosis have a cost?

No. That’s the introductory offer: we go to the hotel, measure, and provide the plan free of charge and without any obligation.

How long is the visit?

It depends on the size of the property; for a medium-sized hotel, half a day.

Do you offer service outside of Punta Arenas?

Yes, throughout all of Patagonia, the visit is being coordinated, and if applicable, the travel expenses.

Let's talk

People, process, and support.

Support before, during and after implementation.

A clear initial contact. A written proposal. Agreed-upon next steps.

  1. Before: to understand and define

We discussed your needs and established goals, deliverables, deadlines, and costs within the proposal.

  2. During: to coordinate the work

We agreed on responsibilities, stages, and the necessary information to move forward. The launch and training are defined according to the project.

  3. After: knowing how to proceed.

We’ve agreed on the channels, times, and scope of the follow-up support, so you’ll know who to contact.

Answers before deciding.

What am I going to receive before signing a contract?

A written proposal outlining the scope, deliverables, stages, price, and terms. It also identifies any additional services you would like to include.

How is support organized?

We’ve defined the contact channel, the hours of operation, and the scope of support within the proposal. This allows you to understand what kind of assistance your service offers and how to request help.

What’s happening with the information related to my organization?

When defining the project, we reviewed what information is needed, who can access it, and how it will be shared. In software systems, we also agreed on the conditions for backup, preservation, and export.
