Digital operation

Hospitality OS, a guest and WiFiAtlas app, to view your property’s connectivity and operations from a single platform.

A solution for your property.

In most hotels, reservations, orders, complaints, and reviews are scattered across the PMS, OTAs, WhatsApp, email, and the reception desk. Hospitality OS aims to consolidate all of this into a single dashboard – it’s currently in development, with a demo available to see how it would work at your property.

The project also includes a guest app and access to WiFiAtlas, which is now online, to map your network’s coverage without guesswork. The timeframe for implementation is 90 days: operational discovery, design of a pilot program, testing with staff and real guests, and a decision on scaling, based on measured costs and value.

This shouldn't replace your PMS or channel manager: it integrates with what you're already using.

For whom.

  • Hotels that manage reservations, complaints, and reviews spread across PMS, WhatsApp, and the front desk.
  • Administrations that want to see the WiFi coverage of their property without guessing.
  • Groups with more than one property who are looking for a single, unified panel.

What it includes.

  • Hospitality OS Demo
  • Guest app, within the same project.
  • Access to WiFiAtlas for mapping coverage.

How we do it.

01

Operational discovery

Over the first 10 days, we mapped the friction between areas, systems, and your data.

02

Value design and pilot program

We selected a real-time flow (such as messaging, housekeeping, pricing, or monitoring) and tested it with actual staff and guests.

03

Scale decision

Within 90 days, we deliver measurable value, a cost analysis, and a plan for scaling across properties.

Questions about digital operations.

Is Hospitality OS already in production?

Today is a demo version. The commercial license is in development, with an estimated future price of between $4,000 and $7,000 per room per month.

Does it integrate with our PMS or channel manager?

Yes, integrations are part of the pilot’s design: we’ve chosen flows that connect with what you’re already using.

Do we need perfect data to get started?

No. The first phase involves assessing the readiness of your data and selecting a pilot that works with what you already have.

Let's talk

People, process, and support.

Support before, during and after implementation.

A clear initial contact. A written proposal. Agreed-upon next steps.

  1. Before: to understand and define

We discussed your needs and established goals, deliverables, deadlines, and costs within the proposal.

  2. During: to coordinate the work

We agreed on responsibilities, stages, and the necessary information to move forward. The launch and training are defined according to the project.

  3. After: knowing how to proceed.

We’ve agreed on the channels, times, and scope of the follow-up support, so you’ll know who to contact.

Answers before deciding.

What am I going to receive before signing a contract?

A written proposal outlining the scope, deliverables, stages, price, and terms. It also identifies any additional services you would like to include.

How is support organized?

We’ve defined the contact channel, the hours of operation, and the scope of support within the proposal. This allows you to understand what kind of assistance your service offers and how to request help.

What’s happening with the information related to my organization?

When defining the project, we reviewed what information is needed, who can access it, and how it will be shared. In software systems, we also agreed on the conditions for backup, preservation, and export.
