A solution for your property.

A hotel has areas that are frequently understaffed: reception outside of regular hours, parking, and supply storage rooms. We installed IP cameras with the necessary cabling and an NVR (network video recorder) included in the package, as well as access control with a reader and signage in areas where it’s necessary to record who enters and exits.

The same technical team at Ditap Seguridad is offering the same published prices: there’s no separate rate for being a hotel – instead, the pricing is determined by where each camera is best positioned within a property that receives guests.

If you request it, we can add monthly monitoring of the cameras, so that someone can review them, even if no one from the hotel is watching the screen.

For whom.

  • Hotels and lodges with reception, parking, or cellars that do not have surveillance cameras.
  • Properties seeking to record access logs for employees and suppliers.
  • Administrations using outdated equipment, without reliable monitoring or recording.

What it includes.

  • IP cameras installed with wired connections.
  • NVR included in the package.
  • Access control with card reader and point-of-entry system.
  • Monthly monitoring, optional

How we do it.

01

Data collection

Let's examine which areas of the hotel require security cameras or controlled access: reception, wine cellars, parking.

02

Installation

Cabled, cameras, NVRs, and readers, with security technicians from Ditap Seguridad.

03

Monitoring

If you request it, we can add monthly monitoring of the cameras.

Questions about cameras and access control.

Can I see the cameras from my phone?

Yes, with remote access set up within the installation.

What happens if the lights go out?

With electrical power, the cameras and access continue to function; without it, they rely on the recorder’s battery, which typically lasts for minutes, not hours.

Are my current cameras working?

Often, yes, if they are IPs and have good resolution; we see this in the assessment.

Let's talk

People, process, and support.

Support before, during and after implementation.

A clear initial contact. A written proposal. Agreed-upon next steps.

  1. Before: to understand and define

We discussed your needs and established goals, deliverables, deadlines, and costs within the proposal.

  2. During: to coordinate the work

We agreed on responsibilities, stages, and the necessary information to move forward. The launch and training are defined according to the project.

  3. After: knowing how to proceed.

We’ve agreed on the channels, times, and scope of the follow-up support, so you’ll know who to contact.

Answers before deciding.

What am I going to receive before signing a contract?

A written proposal outlining the scope, deliverables, stages, price, and terms. It also identifies any additional services you would like to include.

How is support organized?

We’ve defined the contact channel, the hours of operation, and the scope of support within the proposal. This allows you to understand what kind of assistance your service offers and how to request help.

What’s happening with the information related to my organization?

When defining the project, we reviewed what information is needed, who can access it, and how it will be shared. In software systems, we also agreed on the conditions for backup, preservation, and export.
